Faq

1. About gift cards

The card can be used by anyone other than the person who ordered it, as long as the card can be presented.Therefore, you can also give Locopal prepaid cards as a present.
There is no fee for using the card.
The expiration date will vary depending on the store you purchased, for further information, please check the store page of Locopal.
Some stores may have a day when Gift Card cannot be used, such as Christmas and New Year's Day. For more information, please check the terms of use listed on each store page.
For stores with multiple designs, you can select a card design.
It depends on the store. Specifically, please check the terms of use listed on each store page.
In most stores, you are able to combine cash or credit cards. For more information, please see the conditions of use listed on each store page.
Although it varies depending on the store, in most cases, we are not able to redeem the card. For more information, please see the terms of use listed on each store page.
When using your card at the store, the balance of the card will be shown on the receipt.
We are not able to charge the card at Locopal however, some stores can charge your card if requested. Please contact the store for more details.

2. About receipt of card

We will deliver the card within 7 ~ 14 days from the date of purchase. However, it may take longer during Christmas, and New Years. If you wish to receive it in your mail, please order 14 days prior to your trip.

Oahu, Waikiki, and Ala Moana area.
You cannot specify the delivery date however, If you wish to receive your card on the day of arrival, you can also pick up at Locopal Operating office Hundred Dreams, Inc in Waikiki. Please let us know in advance. You can not specify the delivery date of the card. If you wish to receive your card on the day of arrival, such as the date of arrival, you can also receive it atthe Waikiki office at Locopal Operating Company Hundred Dreams, Inc. Please let us know in advance the time you are visiting.
We will deliver it to your condominium’s front desk or in the mailbox.
If there is a change on the arrival date due to a flight delay and etc, please be sure to let us know from your My Account page.
If you decide to cancel your trip to Hawaii, be sure to let us know from your account.

3. About payment / postage

If you receive it in the mail. ・ With tracking number: $ 33.60 ・ Without tracking number: $ 5.00 If the total purchase price is $ 300 or more, shipping will be free. If you wish to receive in the mail, the shipping cost is $ 4.00. Free shipping with purchase over $100 Delivery to the hotel, and pick up at Locopal operating company (Waikiki office) is free. We accept payment by PayPal or credit card. For more information, see How to Use Locopal .
Locopal PayPal payments or credit card payments, and the amount charged will be the amount converted to Japanese yen by each credit card company. In addition, exchange rate changes with settlement day of each credit card company.

4. About cancellation / return

Please be aware that we do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges after the purchase.

5. About customs duty

If the total price of your order is 16,660 yen or more, additional customs duty will apply. Please note.
